BRAIN TOKEN ALLOCATION

Fixed Supply

• Total Supply: The total supply of DistriBrain tokens is fixed at 2 billion tokens.

• Non-Inflationary: Once all tokens are distributed, no additional tokens will be minted, ensuring a deflationary model that protects against inflation and preserves token value.

Emission Schedule

• Distribution Allocation: Each Engine Holder will share a reward pool of 250,000 esBrain tokens on a daily basis.

• DePIN Key holders will share an additional reward pool of 100,000 esBrain tokens on a daily basis.

Emission Burns

esBRAIN tokens are always vested for 90 days before converting to BRAIN tokens for a sustainable increase in emissions and circulating supply. However, users could withdraw the tokens at an earlier time by paying an 80% penalty on the tokens. The penalty is then distributed as the following.

• Staking Pool Rewards (50%)

• Token Burn (25%)

• DePIN Key Rewards Pool [The DAO will elect on how the collected fees would be used. (15%)

• Treasury (10%)

Vesting Schedule

• Marketing: 5% TGE Release & 12 months. Linear Vesting

• Liquidity: 10% TGE Release & 12 months. Linear Vesting

• Node Operators: 60 months. Linear Vesting

• Team & Advisors: 12 months. Cliff 36 months. Linear Vesting.

• Engines: 100 months Linear Vesting
